Ranch Hand/Handyman/Landscaping
We live on acres in Tollgate Canyon between Wanship and Park City.
We are looking for someone to help us manage the property.
We need physical help.
This will be parttime initially but move to fulltime in the Spring.
We are developing the property further and will need help managing and maintaining it.
For example this summer we are building a chicken coop and wallipini garden.
We are in a beautiful area with lots of aspens and pine trees.
This will be a mostly outdoor physical job.
Eric isnt good at lifting things or following directions.
We need help with the physical aspects of living in the forest at feet.
We are needing a manly man We are looking for a longterm partnership with the right person.
You definitely need a vehicle that can drive in the snow.
x and snow tires are a must.
You must be responsible and dependable.
We are away from the property often and need someone we can trust.
Having a good work ethic is a must we need someone who can make good decisions and keep things progressing without being micromanaged.
Having some construction background will really help.
Also the ability to handlemaintain a tractor and other equipment is important.
Youll mostly report to and work with Marci.
