Craftsperson / Team Assembler

Based in Coalville UT we are looking for a fulltime apprentice craftsperson and team assemblers to join our team.
Responsibilities Moving material unloading raw material upon delivery Using mechanic related tools impact drivers ratchets wrenches Sanding polying assembling materials Moving materials to and from fabrication shop woodshop and assembly shop Creating preassemblies to facilitate efficient production Operating power tools table saw router hand drills Detailed cutting and installation of finish trim Install and test mechanical systems electric gas water Detailed carpentry finish work Grinding drilling and cutting steel operating wet band saw Expectations Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform all work in a safe and efficient manner Assist with Bay inventory management Advise Bay Craftsman of worn or damaged tools Assist Bay Craftsman with daily tasks Handle all bay material with care ensuring there are no damages Work to meet deadlines and uphold shop quality standards Learn and offer improvements on all bay tasks Maintain a clean floor and take out trash at end of day Qualifications Minimum of year experience with related work Familiarity with power tools Strong work ethic quality standards Motivated to learn and invest in a career with us Creative problem solver Keen attention to detail Works well with others We offer competitive wages medical dental and vision benefits k matching paid sick and vacation paid maternity and paternity leave employee use of trailers employee pricing and more.
