Instructor Certified Nursing Assistant
Hours: 5:30 9:30 pm
Location: 53 South 100 East Coalville, UT 84017
Reports to: Program Coordinator
Salary: $21.26 - $24.00 / hour depending on education and experience
Status: Part time / non- exempt
SUMMARY
Under the direction of Department Chair/Vice President/Assistant Vice President, designs and teaches courses; assists in recruitment, advisement, placement and follow-up of students; attends meetings as needed; maintains professional standard in courses taught; and performs all other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Instructs, manages, and supervises students in classroom and in the lab setting.
Evaluates instruction/learning by means of written, oral practical and performance tests.
Maintains student-oriented approach, desirable classroom/lab conditions.
Maintains accurate and current reports and records regarding student accountability, attendance, and performance.
Qualifications
Qualifications:

(1) Knowledge of instructional strategies and techniques; (2) working knowledge and skill of up-to-date methods, and techniques; (3) ability to advise, instruct, manage, motivate and evaluate student work in a lab and/or classroom environment; (4) ability to meet deadlines and plan, prepare, and carry out lesson plans; (5) experience in and ability to successfully interact with high school and adult students, parents, business, and industry representatives, other educators and educational institution representatives, and the general public in a professional manner.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate degree from an accredited college or university and four years of experience related to the summary of duties; or six years of industry experience in nursing or related field; or any combination of education and/or experience related to the summary of duties totaling six years.
CERTIFICATE/DEGREE
Licensed/Certified RN/LPN with one year of long term care experience or working with the chronically ill.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
